Highland Black Mocha Stout is a Hardy Brew

By Damien Hoffman

Highland Black Mocha Stout is a delicious hardy brew from craft beer capital USA: Asheville, NC. This is an American Stout with 5.6% Alcohol by Volume (ABV). This beer is ideal as the winter continues to rage on.

Here’s my cheat sheet:

Overall Rating: A-

Appearance: The beer appeared bold black with a 1.5 finger tan head.

Smell: The beer had a coffee aroma.

Taste: The taste of the beer was a delicious roasted chocolate malt with coffee. A hardy addition to a light meal.

Drinkability: The beer had a medium-to-heavy feeling.

Serving type: Bottle.

Cheers!
