Paulaner Hefe-weizen is the Ideal Wheat Beer

Paulaner Hefe-weizen is an delicious light wheat beer from Paulaner Salvator Thomasbraeu AG in Germany. This is an unfiltered wheat with 5.50% Alcohol by Volume (ABV). This beer is ideal for a warm spring day.

Here’s my cheat sheet:

Overall Rating: A

Appearance: The beer appeared a cloudy golden apricot color with a creamy white head.

Smell: The beer had a pleasant citrus aroma with hints of cloves and banana.

Taste: The taste of the beer was a delicious light flavor of cloves and banana with hints of lemon and apricot.

Drinkability: High, this beer has a light, crisp flavor making it easy to drink.

Serving type: Pint glass with lemon slice.
